He began his career at MTV Europe in 1994 working as a designer/ director in MTV’s On Air department where he created image campaigns for the launch of MTV UK and title sequences and promos for a number of programs across MTV Europe and creative directed the launch of MTVs 100th station MTV BASE AFRICA as well as MTV’s award winning WAP portal MTV Load

Elliott was a co-author of the critically acclaimed coffee table book - Sneakers, Size Isnt Everything, as well as the director of the accompanying documentary film.

In 1998 Elliott a co-founded Milk Communications and as the creative director of Milk Films Elliott commissioned and nurtured a number of emerging creatives for various film projects while directing music videos, commercials, network branding and documentaries.

Before moving to NY, Elliott directed a range of work for brands such as Nokia, Motorola, Phillips, MTV Asia, Channel 5, Nederlands 2, Vh2, National Geographic, Onedotzero Industries, George Michael, Take That.

Elliott has tutored in art colleges, judged the D+AD student moving image awards, contributed work to books and magazines, participated in business exchanges with the British Council in Japan and was a panelist at the onedotzero film festival in Tokyo.

At Loyalkaspar in New York Elliott creative directed the global brand launch of Disney XD, the Superbowl Halftime show visuals for The WHO, MTV VMA Jay Z Empire State of Mind, Shakira World Tour Visuals, U2 Grammys Get On Your Boots, and most recently a film for Amnesty International celebrating their 50th year of shining a light on human rights abuses.
