I was born and raised in Jerusalem. I graduated from the Higher Institute of Cinema in Cairo, Egypt, with a BA in film directing and later obtained my MA in Feature Film from Goldsmiths College, University of London. I worked as an assistant director and script supervisor on several Palestinian and International film productions, mainly: Miral, Tanathur, The Time That Remains, Salt Of This Sea, Paradise Now. I made several short drama & documentary films, and my latest three films participated in several local and international film festivals: East to West, A World Apart Within 15 Minutes, OccupaZION.
