The ENGAGE project is funded by the National Science Foundation. Its overarching goal is to increase the capacity of engineering schools to retain undergraduate students by facilitating the implementation of three research-based strategies to improve student day-to-day classroom and educational experience, including:
* Integrating into coursework, everyday examples in engineering (E3s)
* Improving student spatial visualization skills
* Improving and increasing faculty-student interaction

I am still getting intermittent problems. Where does the support staff "talk" to its customers? Do they join the fray in the help forum? Do they tweet status updates? Please tell me they have some process.... Jane on behalf of Diane
