Nqobizitha Mlilo, also known as Enqore is a Zimbabwean Digital artist, Filmmaker and Hip-Hop poet.
For the most part a self taught artist, Enqore has created and directed short films, a wide range of music videos, training videos and various commercial animation work. He is mostly known for his substantial work in the Zimbabwean entertainment industry because of his use of visual effects and digital sets in his music videos. He also creates online video training for Pixelcorps.com as well as his site enqoremedia.com. He has also branded TV shows and manages the imaging of a number of musicians and artists.
Enqore has been involved in education and training as a 3D lecturer at a Zimbabwean college for 5 years and then later as an industry trainer by training industry proffessionals and creating video training.
His career as a Hip-hop poet started at high school were he was into rapping and graff-writing. Animation soon took a larger part of his time till he met Solomon Maramba (Undadaug). They started an animated hip-hop band called the untouchables in 2008 and were later joined by Tinman, they released two music videos online on social networks and video broadcast sites like youtube.com
Later Enqore started working on an internet mixtape, Ctrl-alt-Del, which was released online in 2009 for free. He soon started working on his debut EP which he worked on during his spare time between commercial work. Two videos off the EP "the Rubix Qube project ver.1" are set for release in October 2010.
Enqore has been in the film/video industry for over 7 years and has directed and produced over 26 music videos. he has created 3 animated short films as well as current work on a documentary project.
In 2008 he started working on an upcoming trilogy of Graphic Novels under a brand "Handu Tales". The project will be releasing free online comics and chapters off the graphic novels.
Enqore also played an instrumental role in setting up JAAG, the Joint Afrikan Animation Group trust, an organisation for the creation of an animation industry in Zimbabwe and ultimately Afrika. Enqore created the name and branding of JAAG as well as laying the groundwork for the organisation until it took off. He still remains a trustee.
Enqore also founded the Enqore Media Group, a production company. EMG handles high end visual effects work for the southern Afrikan Entertainment industry. Working mainly from its main division; Studio Enqore which produces animation and visual effects for commercials and film and has been active for 5 years. Enqore Entertainment is the new division that will be creating and managing content like the Graphic Novels, Movies and TV series.
