Spanish young talent Enrique Alcides is a Canary actor of Andalusian roots who grew in the Sahara Desert and at an early age he began a long journey of experiences. Some international professionals who have contributed to the development of his acting skills are Susan Batson, William Layton, Will Keen, John Strasberg, Tamzin Townsend, Arnold Taraborelli, Patricia Kraus and Owen Horsley, of the English company Cheek by Jowl.
Member of the European Film Academy since many years ago and named Shooting Star during Berlinale Film Festival in an event hosted by Oscar winners Faye Dunaway and István Szabó.
Enrique has taken a leading role in several internationally acclaimed films and enjoyed the privilege of working alongside artists such as John Malkovich, Peter Greenaway, Dabbie Harry, Geraldine Chaplin, Elena Anaya, Ángela Molina, Bob Wilson or Ana Torrent, having had in addition the honor of being the first and unique Spanish actor who has been booked at the Polish cinema until now.
On stage he has performed texts by David Hare, Terry Johnson, Antonin Artoud or Shakespeare, being Dostoievski's "The Great Inquisitor " under the direction of Boris Rottenstein and together with the excellent actress Alicia Sanchez, his last appearance on the tables so far.
