While studying industrial & product design at METU, he realized he would like to design and capture fleeting moments as well. He specialised in visual and conceptual design, photography and cinema at the same university. He launched his filming and photography career with the ministry of culture and tourism's Turkey Film as an asistant director. Since then, he has been involved in the creation of many short movies, TV advertisments, and video art projects. And today, besides the film career, he is focused on the ever expanding field of fashion photography, which sits at the juxtaposition of art and commerce.
