In April 2012, I went to North Korea to cover the Kim Il Sung 100th birthday and the satellite launch crisis.
In June 2011, I was awarded the top prize given by the Ministry of Defence in Spain, for a report about the EU Mission in Somalia fighting against piracy in the Indian Ocean.
In October 2007, after completing a report on drug trafficking, I was awarded the Nécora de Oro, the top prize given by the Fundación Gallega contra el Narcotráfico.
