Evan began his career as an art director and writer at some of the top creative shops in NY while studying film at NYU and running a Skateboard company on the side. He refined his directing skills at the fast-paced on-air promo departments of The Sundance Channel and MTV – where he wrote and directed some of the most talked about and awarded campaigns.

His directing style is a mix of cinematic-storytelling with a youthful, comedic edge. He honed his performance skills directing a diverse group of celebrity talent including Jack Black, Michael Cera, Sarah Silverman, Aziz Ansari, Mariah Carey, Jeremy Renner, Alicia Keys, Snoop Dogg & Janet Jackson.

Evan has received an Emmy Nomination, was selected into the Shoot Magazine’s New Director’s Showcase and has won many awards for his work which continually crosses into mainstream pop-culture and gets people talking.
