    thanks I just checked another computer and I can see on that computer- I must have done something when I was trying to replace the black screen thumbnail that changed it on the computer I was working on permanently- I tried to undo but there seemed to be no undo for that. And reloading didn't help?? thanks for your time

    I know they're there but they are invisible. Meaning on the page of 9 it's all blank. I can choose anyone of the blank ones and that will show the thumbnail on the video page but I can't see the thumbnails- I could originally and then they disappeared after I tried to change one of them that was just a black page.

    I don't have thumbnails either http://vimeo.com/6564075 I had them and they disappeared when I tried to change one that was totally black. And there never were any captions. I can't figure out how to make this work. thanks andi

    Election Transparency Coalition commented on Blank Thumbnails

    This was my first video- at first there were thumbnails but when I went to change one- because it was just black- I selected it and now all the thumbnails have disappeared. I think they're still there, but you can't see them. I'm wondering how to get them back. i'm also wondering what it means when it says you can change your thumbnail- does that mean you get to choose one of the 9 vimeo automatically selects or does it mean you can choose one from the video itself and if so how? Anyway ever since the thumbnails disappeared there's just this colored striped flag in my box where there should be a thumbnail????? thanks andi
