In 2004 Claudie Ossard and Chris Bolzli met and produced the international hit PARIS, JE T’AIME starring Juliette Binoche, Nathalie Portman, Willem Dafoe and many more… This winning collaboration led them to found EUROWIDE FILM PRODUCTION in 2007 with the aim of producing internationally competitive, intelligent and beautiful films.
The results have been proof of their joint vision, seeing Eurowide’s first four films premiered around the world in it’s top film festivals: François Ozon’s RICKY was selected in competition at the Berlin Film Festival; Cannes Film Festival closed with the official screening of COCO CHANEL & IGOR STRAVINSKY by Jan Kounen, which also had it’s North American gala premiere at the Toronto Film Festival; THE REFUGE, François Ozon’s 2nd collaboration with Eurowide, won the Grand Jury prize in San Sebastian Film Festival and Wim Wender’s PINA was lauded as a masterpiece at the Berlin Film Festival 2011…
