I was born in the Netherlands in March 1983. During my study at the Art Academy St.Joost in Breda I was fascinated by the boundaries between reality and fantasy.
That`s why I choose animation for its numerous possibilities to visualise.
In my graduation year I made 17 short films as well as my graduation film Noteboek and a video installation.
Currently I follow an artist in residence programme at the Nederlands Instituut voor Animatie Film (NIAF) where I work on video installations and short films. Playing with illusions and the expectation of the audience is an important topic in my work.
