“To conquer the world in 21 steps”
“In no time the entire audience was theirs. There was no way, even if you wanted to, around their sincerity, vulnerability and belief in their own ability. I noticed that I was being overpowered by emotions: tears were coming down my face. There are only very few concerts at which I cried. This was really awesome.”
Bazz (singer of VanKatoen, Musicmaker, Jan’09)
21 Eyes of Ruby (21EoR) are restless, determined and have a mind of their own. Antoine ‘TuWann’ Pütz (vocals/guitars), Martijn Soeterbroek (drums) and Alex van Damme (bass) play alternative rock in the mindset of Smashing Pumpkins, Tool and The Mars Volta.
Newest record The Sharks EP is completely released online. This EP contains six songs, of which the tracks ‘The Sharks Bite Fast’ and ‘Mama’s Heart’ are used in the Dutch horrormovie ‘Harteloos’ (Heartless). The entire EP will be freely available as a download starting March 8, 2010.
Later this year, new album Conquer The World pt.5 will be released. This will be part 5 of the infamous and somewhat sarcasticly entitled series of 21 parts.
Last album Conquer The World pt.4 gained high and enthousiastic responses by the national press.
