Born 1980 in Cesena. Lives and works in Italy.
Began his studies on photography in 2008, with the artist Silvia Camporesi.
As indipendent photographer he specialized himself in reportage and landscape work. He does commissioned works for different italian and international magazines and papers and works for several design and communication agencies.
Since 2010 he focused on rugby and he is now working as official photographer for 2 teams. In the meantime he also cooperate with several agencies, which use rugby photography for their advertisement projects.
His own personal photographic research into italian landscapes started in 2011 and follows the italian tradition of landscape photography, born with Luigi Ghirri, Guido Guidi, etc.
Works by masters like William Eggleston, Stephen Shore, Joel Sternfeld, Alec Soth, Stefano de Luigi, Mark Power and Amy Stein are sources of inspiration for him.
He has also been dedicating to personal photography introspection about incommunicableness, starting with closer ties to the end of life with the study of pathologies like the Alzheimer’s disease.
