I’m a freelance cinematographer living in New York. I have shot over 30 music videos, over 10 documentaries, 10 narrative shorts and countless projects for promos, events, weddings, dance, fashion, red-carpet, educational, corporate, live-music, EPK, interviews and how-to-video. My schedule is pretty flexible since I’m a 100% freelancer. I eat almost anything except pizza, lazania, McDonalds and Burger King. FYI, I work better especially when I eat asian food. I don’t work with people who don’t want to pay me or people who don’t want to give me a lunch break.

I’m originally from Japan, moved to New York in 1996 and have worked on numerous amount of film/video/media projects as an editor first, and then did transition to cinematographer about 5 years ago. My hobby is yoga, meditation, traveling and making films & videos with nice people and have fun.
