DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY
I’m originally from Blackburn, Lancashire & half of my life has been spent in Cardiff, Wales where I’ve been honing my craft as a Director of Photography shooting feature films, documentaries & music promos.
‘The Poet That Loved The War: Ivor Gurney’ is a doc was broadcast on BBC Four in March 2014. The feature length documentary ‘American Interior’ I shot over 3 months in the USA is out now on general release after screening at SXSW Film Festival 2014 & at Toronto HOTDOCS Festival 2014. The first feature film ‘Benny & Jolene’ I shot is out on general release on June the 6th after screening at the London Loco, the Borderlands & the Glasgow Film Festivals in 2014.
The more recent films & docs I have shot are in postproduction & have been picked up for distribution in 2015 & I have a feature film planned to shoot in October in New York. My work has won awards & screened at festivals around the world & has broadcast on BBC, Channel 4, MTV and Sky.
