HISTORY & FACTS

Flexpoint was founded at the end of 1995. It is a Dutch company whose operations are concentrated in the Euroregional market. Its business activities focus on the recruitment and secondment of temporary employees, recruitment & selection and HR services. Flexpoint is active in Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands.

MISSION

Flexpoint’s mission is to implement our vision in accordance with the key values shared by the organisation and its employees. These values are: Authenticity, Entrepreneurship and Client Orientation. In a nutshell: Being, Doing and Serving. Being refers to the fact that our people are authentic. Doing refers to the fact that our people are enterprising. Serving refers to the fact that in our approach the client comes first.
