Although DeMirjian has the musical chops of a fence post, his ears manage to flag down melodies & rhythms in the oddest places. So between the straight editing gigs, found sound tends to rule the edit room. On these Vimeo pages you'll find some of the livelier pieces he's created & cut. Enjoy with good speakers & a recreational beverage. The most notable groove project from last year was a mash-up for 2010 Tony Awards broadcast (which will sneak its on here soon).

A self-described recovering filmmaker, Michael occasionally sits in the director’s chair (usually the fold-out variety) when on picnics and in friends’ apartments.
