I have a basic Vimeo account, If I delete an uploaded video, do I get that data back in my weekly limit? Or does it still register with the quota as used up for the rest of the week? I uploaded the wrong file.

Yes, you should get the quota back. That being said, I suggest just using our "replace" feature
