I've just uploaded a video but it has a (not very loud but audible) snap sound in the end which isn't in the original file. I've re-uploaded the video twice now but it hasn't fixed the problem.

Here's details of the original video:

Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1)
Resolution: 1280x720
Frame rate: 29.970074
Decoded format: Planar 4:2:0:YUV

Codec: MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a)
Channels: Stereo
Sample rate: 48000Hz

The video is for business use so it should be spotless. Your help is much appreciated!

It seems as though your frame rate is variable which may be causing this issue.

Minimum frame rate : 29.970 fps
Maximum frame rate : 30.000 fps

Can you re-export and make sure it's constant?

Can I make a hyperlink to the vimeo site come up with a frame that plays the video only?
How do I size it and ensure nothing but the video is displayed?

Hi Peter- do you mean that you want a link to your video instead of embedding it?

Thanks Rebecca - That is exactly what I need. It may be something I need to do outside of Vimeo that I do not understand.
