Hey there! Have you signed up for a shiny new Vimeo account but haven't received your verification email? Let us give you a hand! First, follow these simple steps:

1) Check your email spam folder for your confirmation email. It sometimes gets lost on the way to your inbox and winds up trapped in there. Oh noes!

2) Keep in mind, it can take up to 2 HOURS for you to receive your email confirmation. Grab some tea and read a good book to pass the time!

3) You can try re-sending yourself the verification email manually! Go to Me > My Settings, make sure your email address is correct and then click on the small "(Unconfirmed)" link. From there, click on "Send me another confirmation email".

After following these steps, if you still have not received a confirmation email or if the confirmation link that your received is not working you can let us know by making a post here in this thread. We'll be happy to help you out!

I am online with my account because of autosave for my password but from other computers I cannot log on because I have forgotten the password. I have tried the reset process but I never receive an email with the link I am supposed to. I have checked the junk mail box but not there either. What to do? nboulton@wmcarey.edu
