Uploading is a Joke

I've been a member for a few years now. The uploading used to work great. I always use the same correct codec H.264 and all to upload. Recently in the past few months uploading never seems to work great. Did something change?? I hit select video, then upload. It never start to upload and it just sits there. I don't get it? Its very frustrating especially when I pay $60/ year.......

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Please double check and make sure your compression settings are in line with what we recommend (vimeo.com/help/compression) - Also, try switching between the basic and advanced uploader in Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
