I am writing a little blurb on Vimeo for the Java glossary. I have not been able to find the following basic info:
1. what formats of video do you support?
2. what are the limits for basic support length, gb
3. what are the limits for Plus support.

1. We prefer H.264 MP4 files. We accept other formats but don't provide support for them - mov, avi, wmv, prores, f4v, mpg
2. 500mb limit for Basic, 5GB limit for Plus and PRO. No length restrictions.
3. I'm not sure I understand?

You answered my questions very quickly and fully. Thank you. You can see my summary at

Is there unlimited plays on all three?
Do you have a recommended tool for preparing MP4 from other formats?
3. Youtube has a 2 minute length limit. I wondered if you had similar limits on all three.

No. With PRO, you have to purchase plays in 250,000 intervals. Plus and Basic both have unlimited plays.

MPEG Streamclip and Handbrake work well for conversion to MP4.

As for length limits, there are none! :)
