Pacifica Films PRO
I'm an independent production company which creates content which is used as internet promotional material.
I see, according to your terms of service, that Vimeo Plus is fine to use when it comes to promoting my own work, which is what I use it for. However, my work is used by my clients to promote themselves. As long as they aren't embedding my Vimeo videos, I'm in the clear right? As I stated, I use Vimeo strictly for my own promotion, and the clients do not link to my Vimeo videos... I give them separate files which they use host themselves.
Just making sure. Thanks.
On a related note, I would love to be able to use the "watermark" and "client review" features of the Pro account, but I can't justify paying more for that, especially considering I'd get less upload space / bandwidth. It may be a smart idea to include these features in Plus as well, to give us indie production companies a little bump.
Thanks,
- Miles

Hi Miles, from what you describe you're in the clear. However if your clients use and embed the videos on your account for their own promotional needs, you must switch to Vimeo PRO.
