Hello,

My english is not so good but I give it a try!
A few hours a go i replaced 12 videos on my account.

After processing it works well on my computer and ipad. But when i browse to the video on my samsung galaxy s2 or iphone it still plays the old video (which i replaced). The thumbnail shows the new video so thats pretty strange.

I linked some qr codes to the videos, our clients will watch the videos on their phone so it is very important for us!

We don't make mobile versions for basic members anymore, sorry. You'd need to upgrade to Plus to get a mobile version created for your video.

Thanks for your answer Mark! A few minutes a go i upgraded to a Plus member. How long does it take to get my mobile videos changed to the new video?

You have to go into the settings of the video now and choose to make a mobile version of it. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes or so after that.
