Move video to other account

I need to move my video from my non-pro account to my newer pro account. The hard drive with the original file was destroyed, so I can't upload that, and I can't download from vimeo since this isn't my pro account. Can you tell my how to switch it over?

Hi guys. I accidentally created 2 accounts and uploaded the same videos partially. I need to keep current one. I tried to reset password for the account below but can't remember an email that I used for it. I can re-upload videos again but please give me an email for the account below.
