How to Profile Recovery

I have a couple accounts on Vimeo. My personal account is vimeo.com/thorstone137. Yesterday I changed my email address. I didn't receive a verification email and today I can't access my account.

When I attempt the password recovery process it says that the email I'm using is not registered with vimeo.

When I attempt the password recovery process using the original email address used to create the account I also get a notice stating the email address is not registered.

How do I recover my profile.
