Hi vimeo users! :), I've programmed a wordpress plugin to insert videos from the most popular websites, and since 2 hours ago I've added the support for vimeo :)

You can see the source code and download this plugin from here:

Just put it on the plugins folder and activate from the wp admin panel.

When you want to insert a vimeo clip, you just put this tag on the CODE editor:
<!--vidz:v:ID-->

, where ID is remplaced by the clip indentificator.

Example:
Orginal URL: vimeo.com/clip:151388
Tag to insert:
<!--vidz:v:151388-->

Does this code/plug-in work for free hosted sites through wordpress? or for purchased ones only?

Craig B I believe if you have a free site hosted through wordpress.com they actually have an embed code similar to their youtube one that works. But if your hosting your own blog this is a life saver!
