The Staff will always try their best to answer questions in this Forum, but we are human, and do need to rest sometimes, so we also rely on the helpful Community (you!) to help answer each other's questions as well.

    I keep getting an "application response error" when I try to share my latest video to my Facebook account. It's never happened before. Anyone else getting this message or know how to correct it?

    try logging out of both facebook and vimeo and clearing your cookies... then log back into vimeo via facebook connect, please let me know if this does not correct the problem.

    my video is not allowing me to publish to facebook as well. and it is just one video that isnt doing it ( vimeo.com/5229217 ). my other videos i can publish to my wall just fine.
    what's happening is when i click SHARE it says "Loading Contacts" and they never show up. On my other videos, the Loading Contacts works and i'm able to share to Facebook's wall when i click the facebook link.
    the fact that it stalls on Loading contacts may be a clue. Any advice? Thanks.

    Note: i was able to share my other video (the marine fish one) as facebook connect. If i cleared my cookies and started over, this video (linked above) will only let me share to my wall without facebook connect, as a link only. Weird. I'd rather it be posted to my wall as a Vimeo facebook connect not as a link.

    You may also notice in my user settings my profile picture for facebook is not showing up where the white silhouette guy is.

    we have reverted to the regular facebook sharer until we can resolve this with facebook.

    Smashing Records, this is the same thing that's happening to me. Contacts never load. It's just this video. Others work fine.

    I tried what Kevin suggested above and it didn't work. I also tried uploading it again as an M4V file, not a .MOV, without any luck.

    I'm wondering if it's because this particular video started out as a Keynote presentation that was animated and saved as a movie. Not sure why that should matter, but it's the only thing I can think of right now.

    I have the same problem. Contacts don't load for me as well. I was able to post one video, but now it won't let me do a second.
