    My videos are upside down or sideways when uploaded.

    I tried uploading with quicktime formats.
    I tried email directly from my iphone.

    Can you help me rotate these the right way?

    What did you use to take these videos?
    I'm pushing them through our encoders again to see if that helps.

    I used iphone to take the videos.

    I exported the video from iphone to my pc using the scanner and camera wizard.

    My PC is running Windows XP proffesional.
    The video was exported in quicktime (.mov) format.
    The settings were all default.

    I also tried emailing them directly from my iphone to vimeo.

    Still working on this, for now I recommend uploading via email directly from your iPhone.

    I did email some of those videos as well.
    They all upload the same way.

    Hope you have a solution soon.

    Andrea, it's still the wrong orientation but now the sound has disappeared.

    Hello. I have the same issue. Video looks right in Quicktime and Media Player, but when I upload it, it looks upside down.
