The Staff will always try their best to answer questions in this Forum, but we are human, and do need to rest sometimes, so we also rely on the helpful Community (you!) to help answer each other's questions as well.

    Hi,
    I recently uploaded a HD video but it is not showing as HD on my vimeo page - I have a vimeo plus account.

    Please can you help? I read several threads on this and it appears you were able fix other peoples problems.

    If you can try exporting from handbrake instead of quicktime.

    please let me know when this is fix. i have plus as well but i don't even have the option to upload the vids as hd like i used to. i was only able to do it once since joining a lil over a month ago and havent been able to since. please help!
