Is there something I can do on my end?
I am in France, do you think it can be a problem.
Is there a solution to speed, because I must wait 2 or 3 minutes loading the beginning of an HD video in order to see it without freeze.

I have seen in the last months that when i wanted to playback our videos that at the very beginning it takes 10secs and sometimes much longer untill the video (buffer) loads and starts to playback, but other users videos loaded much quicker even though they all are HD videos and using the same browser/PC for playback. Hmmn :-?
Just wondering if it could have anything to do with the video length or hosted location?

It took 15 minutes to buffer 90 seconds of video, and I lost patience after that.
I followed the standard HD/H.264/ACC/YadaYadaYada protocol. Tried on IE8, Firefox, Chrome, all are giving me the same issues.
Is this an encoding issue, or is it just a slow morning?
(My SD videos are buffering fine).
