The Staff will always try their best to answer questions in this Forum, but we are human, and do need to rest sometimes, so we also rely on the helpful Community (you!) to help answer each other's questions as well.

    Hello yesterday i uploaded a video. I saw that i made a mistake in the date that is shown in the intro.

    I fixed that and i wanted to replace the video.
    But the replace didn't work out.

    The Flash uploader said i only have 21MB left.
    Basic uploader ended in a white screen.

    i tried i on 3 browsers (chrome, safari and firefox) on mac os x 10.5.8

    i am in the same quota week so i should be able to replace that video.

    Sorry about that. I'm pushing your file back through. I think the replaced one will show up once it's finished.

    Okey... sorry... it didn't work... it's still the wrong video.
    And if I try to replace this file via flash uploader i still get the message that i only have 21mb left in this week. but i am in the same quota week.

    simple uploader gives me a blank page.

    you can see if it is the correct video at seconds 5-7 there is a date: 12.11.2009 / the correct one should be 12.09.2009

    i tried it again today to replace the video... still does not work.

    Update your version of Firefox and/or try with Safari

    I tried it serval times with safari, chrome and firefox. Everytime both versions. Flash- and simpleuploader.

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling Flash, just try it.

    I did uninstall and reinstalled Flash. Like you said. The same Problem. Flash Uploader tells me, that I have only 21MB left. And I am trying to replace the video, not upload a new one!

    The Flashuploader acceptet the video now. It's uploading right now. Now i have to wait a couple of hours and hope everything will be ok =)

    Though the video was accepted by the flash uploader it did not get replaced. Can anyone confirm this problem? Will it be fixed?
