The Staff will always try their best to answer questions in this Forum, but we are human, and do need to rest sometimes, so we also rely on the helpful Community (you!) to help answer each other's questions as well.

Note: Our staff business hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM – 6PM EST.

    Hi there. I've just started a private vimeo group intended to be used as a forum for some collaborators and I to exchange information as we develop a new film project. I have tried in the past two days to upload mp3 files to the group. The files are each around 3.7mb so they should be fine but they are showing up as 0b once they are uploaded and are as a result unable to be downloaded by other members of the group. Can you help? groups/4film

    Any luck? Has it got anything to do with the fact that the group is set to private? There is another group I know of that has this problem as well. vimeo.com/groups/18528
