The Staff will always try their best to answer questions in this Forum, but we are human, and do need to rest sometimes, so we also rely on the helpful Community (you!) to help answer each other's questions as well.

Note: Our staff business hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM – 6PM EST.

    I have not login for a while, and I don't know exactly when these thumbnail disappear or replace by the color bar

    They both have custom images uploaded long time ago.

    The thumbnails for one of my older videos has also disappeared.

    i just used the flash un-install the the re-install as sugested because the video didnt run now i just have that red "X"
