We are a non-profit church organization in Taiwan and are producing TV programmings of various length for broadcasting. I understand that each video clip for plus users is limited to 5GB/week (1GB/file), and that with contracted users such limitation is then negotiated depending on the agreement. Therefore I am writing to find out more information about this special account that allows greater upload space of video clips, as well as matters of cost, etc.
I am not certain to which department of Vimeo deals with such request, however I would very much appreciate it if you could kindly direct me to the right person in charge.

There is no negotiation I'm afraid when it comes to this. The 1GB cap per file and the 5GB per week is something all users abide by and we cannot/have not changed it for anyone.

Is there a way for us to pay, say for instance, double the premium fee yet under one account, so we have 10GB/week space?

Again this isn't possible sorry. This is hard coded into our site and it would be impossible for us to lift it for just certain users.

There are more and more of us out here producing indie TV projects that need on online way to show off episodes. The privacy features here can't be beat when you are trying to track traffic for a sponsor.
Vimeo is great and comparing the prices of Brightcove and ooyla I just can't beat Vimeo.
