    What is Vimeo's policy regarding fair use?
    Is a short excerpt of a popular TV show considered a fair use?

    If you remix it into something else, than it should be okay. But just posting clips of TV is not allowed.

    Thank you for your answer.
    I was thinking something in the line of mixing, but mixing it with text. Writing a post on my blog about a TV show and then nesting some clips of this show, uploaded on your site.
    I guess this wouldn't be acceptable?
