I havent got any vimeo daily update since nov 2, 2011.
I tried to change my email add on my profile setting, but still not getting any. Not in "spam" folder as well
please help

Same here. Also, over the last 6 hours the stats haven't been working. Until 6 hours ago I got 500 plays today, but after that time it almost stopped counting, while I'm sure they've been played even more in the past 6 hours.

Hi Martin, sorry for the delay. So, after some investigating we were able to find out that your daily email are still being sent and your email client is accepting them:

There is definitely something wrong with my email notifications.
Derek from Vimeo Support directed me to this Forum Thread after sending a couple of messages to Support which were met with pre-prepared answers of no use.
Over the last two weeks I have changed the email addresses on my TWO Vimeo Accounts to every single email account I have (6 in total), and none of them are receiving email notifications.
I have been using my email accounts for many years and never had a problem with ANY mail at all not getting to me.
My two Vimeo Accounts are User=1022421 and User=derekmoran
Every time I changed the email addresses I DID receive the confirmation email from Vimeo, to verify the email address change – so I am receiving this level of mail from you.
YES I did then confirm the email address by pressing the link.
YES I changed the email address to a gmail address on my “derekmoran” account.
YES I have checked ALL the SPAM folders/filters in ALL my email accounts.
I have set no-reply@vimeo.com as a safe sender in my email client – Vimeo is on my White List.
I even deleted every single message rule in my Email Client to protect me from SPAM – just in case I missed something obvious.
I deleted every rule I have ever created with my ESET Smart Security software – email client protection.
I even tried changing my email address on my User = 1022421 Account back to (daniel333@u2.com) that has worked for 3 years and was what I signed up with originally, but still no joy.
Every time I changed the email address to try a different one, I always waited over 24 hours for the daily notifications to come through.
Please note, I have been receiving messages from Vimeo for over three years using the email account I signed up with.
It was only after I changed my email address for the first time in history that this problem started – about 2-3 months ago – I can’t quite remember now.
When I tried to post this problem on the Forum with my 1022421 Account, I discovered another problem - Vimeo would not let me post messages - after pressing "Send" (or whatever the confirm button says), Google Chrome would just spin forever, not sending the message through.
Out of frustration, I then created a NEW 2nd Account User=derekmoran – have not received any mail from this new account either. At present time, this 2nd account is connected to gmail now.
So after doing every conceivable thing I nerd could think of, still no messages are arriving.
I can’t believe that Yahoo, TPG (my Internet Service Provider in Australia), Gmail and U2.com are all involved in a conspiracy to block Vimeo messages only.

Hi Derek, sorry for the trouble and thanks for looking into this on your end. We do not believe that the aforementioned are involved in a conspiracy to block our emails either. However, we have yet been able to replicate this issue and our system is showing that emails are being sent and accepted. We'll continue looking into this from our end.

Adding in that I am not receiving the daily update as well - and it stopped for me on the same day mentioned above. So, it seems like something changed that day on your end. Tried updating to another email address that does not block anything, and no luck. Thanks for looking into it.
