    Hey there
I am so very new to all this - but really am loving vimeo :o)
I really hope I'm in the right place - my technical help is not with the vimeo app, but with the video production then upload...

I've created some software demos using Camtasia and spent a week experimenting with different production outputs and hosting options.
The thing is I never seem able to get the right mix of file type and video host that gives me good quality output with no continuous streaming issues - I've been at this for a week!

I managed to upload a .wmv here and although it streams no problem, it has lost some quality - as it's a software demo, I'd really prefer it to be clear. Someone else recommended Quicktime - but the file is huge. I've produced swf, wmv, och every type Camtasia can produce really.

    Can anyone help please?
    Thanks
    Julie

I think the quality of the videos is very good. There is some audio crackling though. Perhaps the person was to close to the mike when speaking.
