    In post the audio and video are in sync. Uploading the encoded file and playing it here causes playback issues where the video can't keep up with the video.

    I checked the source file I uploaded and the audio and video are in sync. The Vimeo conversion process has set the audio and video out of sync. What needs to be done to correct this?

    Sometimes the encoding software we use has problems with WMV files, please try using a different file format if you have problems.

    Looking in other forums on this issue it seems to be more than a WMV problem.

    perhaps, but its generally a wmv problem.
