What is "Undefined" refer as. I just uploaded a video. I can see the thumbnail but when I click on it the player says undefined with a background picture. I also received an email that my video was ready. Please advise me on how to fix this.

i got that too but i logged out and came back on 10min later and it was fixed magicly.

What exactly causes these errors? Is there anything we can do from the user side to prevent this?

no, the problem was on our end. that said, in general, our transcoders have more difficulties with wmv files than any other format.

Shouldn't the video have a resolution of 800x450 pixels (as it can be downloaded) instead of 600x338? Because a replacement failed, I uploaded the video in a higher resolution to "manually" substitute the old one (http://www.vimeo.com/935787; private). Now I would have the same issue as before.... Any help. Blake? Thanks!

I haven't had any undefined videos yet, and although I read that WMV files cause the most problems, that is coincidentally the format I upload (simply due to it being the easiest to play on my PC and 360 natively.)

I know there are other tutorials, but I convert my raw HF100 files to WMV from 1080P to 1280x720 @ 4000kbps video using TMPGEnc 4.0 express.
