    I am using FCP 6 on an iMac and exporting my 1080i50 projects using Export>Using QT Conversion and selecting PAL 16:9.

    This gives me a QT Movie I can play in Widescreen but it gets squished on uploading.

    What settings should I use ?

    I just want to stress that I don't want my video to play in Hi-def, just as a standard one but keeping its WS appearance.
