Video Statistics in the Vimeo Feature Requests Forum

I am well aware that vimeo has some type of a video statistic chart but I just went on youtube today and found that youtube has beat vimeo in their efforts to graph how the users videos are doing.

I'm not saying make something just like this.
I am asking for a little more out of the current vimeo graph.

YT's Insight feature is a powerful tool, but sometimes I wonder about the validity of the data...

true.
it might be the only if a user watches the videos.
because recently only males between 55 and 65 have watched my videos.

Yep, in the 8 months since one of my videos was posted on youtube, its had 4,327 views, more than 50% of the viewers were aged between 55 & 65 of which 83% were male predominantly living in the US...certainly makes you wonder!

Don't know if this is the best place to post this query but here goes... Is there any way of knowing how many downloads each video has had? Can't find this feature on the site. Thanks.

Stage6/DivX used to have basic stats on the number of completed plays and downloads - which a least gave feedback on whether a video was even "watchable".

Not sure about YT's Insight feature, maybe that is simply based on how many times and by whom a video page is loaded - data regarding age, gender and stuff can surely only be collected from viewers who are logged-in users? Seems like a waste of space to me!
