when i enter the password nothing happens. it stays in the same page. not take me to the video

Hi Lucia, that password worked fine for me. What happens when you try and type it in? Are you seeing this in all browsers?

what do you mean by browser? SHOULD I TRY WITH OTHER NAVIGATOR? IS NOT WORKING WITH EXPLORER OR WITH CHROME. WHICH ONE ARE YOU USING?

Interesting. I've tried this in all browsers (navigators) and have not been able to replicate this issue. Are you running any browser add-ons or extensions?

this message appears, then i enter the password. then the page raemains the same, not enabling me to see the video. am i missing some step?
This is a private video. Do you have permission to watch it? If so please provide the correct password.

Hi Lucia, after you type your password in, are you hitting enter, or are you clicking on the blue "Access" button?

Hm... if you have a moment, could you send over a screenshot of what the page looks like after you enter the password and click the access button?
