My father just accidentally deleted his account, and when he tries to re-open an account with the same email address it doesn't accept it, saying the email already exists.
Please can you help? What's more, he had payed for a pro account for the month.

Thank you for restoring my account, however before i saw that you had i opened another account under the same email ( ) and paid for plus as well. This was a mistake please could you cancel that new account and refund me for the 'plus'.
I did not check here to see that you had opened my old one!
