Good morning Staff,
Could you please look into this? My clip was converted bij Vimeo to HD, but it wil only play in SD- I have to turn off HD in order to let it run. Thanx for your help!

Hi Eddie, I'm going to run your video through HD conversion again. Since it's such a long video, it'll take some time to convert, so if it's still not playable in a few hours let us know

Hopefully you still have the original uploaded source video (I unchecked the 'save original video' option, saved settings, then 1 minute later thought better of it and re-checked it and saved.) If it's gone let me know and I'll re-upload.

Is there any issues running videos in google chrome. I am finding problems in chrome. just an example vimeo.com/57303333. Also, I have issues for playing HD version. Please check any of my videos vimeo.com/salvationchannel/videos or vimeo.com/56732360. I have flash etc are updated. Thanks. Roy

Yes, it's working great. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies?
