We’re not former pro racers or bike industry executives. We’re cyclists like you. We know what it’s like to ride and race on a limited budget in the spare time outside of career and family. We did it for years and it never felt like the bike industry really understood us. Instead, it felt like we were spending more and getting less.

So when we created Franco Bicycles, we had a single guiding principle: keep the focus on the customer.

Our goal is to bring you cycling’s best price-to-performance ratio. But we’d never ask you to settle for anything less than a world-class bike with a customer experience to match. That’s why the Franco Balcom and Franco Direct™ make no compromises when it comes to personal service, tailored Retül fitting, and all-out performance.

It’s been a long journey to get to this point. We started with little more than belief in our ideas and confidence in our abilities as designers and engineers. Still, our bikes match the ride quality, performance, and durability of the industry’s biggest names. But none of them can offer the pricing of a consumer-direct model with the real, lasting value of the Franco Direct experience.

There are few things more exciting than a new bike. We share that feeling with you, and we hope it’s reflected in every part of what we do.
