Pyeunghun Baik was born in 1977 in Korea and now he is NY based filmmaker and visual artist. He finished his graduate study in Brooklyn College and has a master degrees in fine arts. He has produced and directed on projects ranging from interactive and immersive environments to multimedia experimental films. Since 2002, his work has been internationally screened and exhibited and is included in Paramount Theater, Tribeca Cinema, Chelsea Cinema, Quad Cinema, MOCA, other museum and galleries. The core of his film is based on dance and movements of the nature and he intermix with them using poetry, experimental sound, photography and video installation.He is won many awards in various film festivals, fellowships and commissions all around the world. He now lives in Queens, NY working on his 'Non-verbal Dialogue' exhibition with his films and photography.
