Full Measure Films is a digital film company that primarily serves a range of organisations with first class bespoke film making solutions.

Full Measure Films offers innovative ideas generation and a high quality, 'broadcast looking' end product, drawn from professional experience in the film industry. This ensures that all our films proclaim the message, without being compromised by low production values.

The directors of Full Measure Films are Francis Annan, and Matt Streatfield. Their Advisory Board includes Rev'd Mark O'Donoghue (City Minister, St Helen's Bishopsgate), Stephen Rigby, (Partner, Norton Rose law firm), Philip Chitty, (Chief Economist, Capital Group), Tim Catt, (Business Consultant, IBM) and Chris Tapp, (Director, Credit Action).

Francis Annan (writer/ director/ producer) wanted to direct films following a year's internship at the BBC in 2005. Four years later, after studying a degree in Television Directing and working freelance as a camera assistant, he completed directing his first feature-length production: "Woyzeck", with a second feature film currently being developed at 20th Century Fox. In 2008, he received the Best Director Award, and Best Film Award at the Kodak European Film Summer Studio, Lithuania.

Matt Streatfield (producer/ editor) has worked for 8 years in the British film industry, assisting award winning film editors. His feature film credits include "Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix"; "Pride and Prejudice"; and "Atonement". He is currently co-producing an animated television series on the life of Christ.
