Gabriela Egito is an award-winning Brazilian filmmaker based in Los Angeles. She arrived in LA in 2010 decided to give some use to her Masters in Film (University of Sao Paulo) and make her dreams come true. She graduated from New York Film Academy, working in more than 50 shorts in several positions. Two films written and directed by her – “Synergy” and “Stuffed” – won 4 awards and 2 nominations in U.S., being selected to more than two dozen film festivals worldwide. Her experimental documentary "Life Is A Wild River" was also selected to international festivals. The writer/director has two other films in post-production ("Taken For Granted" and "A Killer Date").
