Graduated from the University for the Creative Arts, BA Honours Film Production, Gaïa Giafferi is a keen, hard working and passionate filmmaker and has a number of short films to her credit in which she dedicated herself. Her experience, both from university and professional life, has made her able to combine her creative and technical skills.
She received the Lido Award at the Saint-Maur film festival in 2009 for the film ‘Across the Border’ (her first film).
